We left Utah early Thursday morning and arrived in Japan Friday afternoon. It felt good to be back…almost a sense of coming home vs. a feeling of visiting. Karino and Ron were meeting with Yunoki in Tokyo so we jumped on a bus and zipped into town. We were able to drop off the sawards dinner recognition gifts and display banners and meet briefly with Yunoki after his meeting with Ron.

Saturday morning we met with Sato and some new people and then Kawamitsu and some of his new team members. During the meeting we were able to introduce the teams to the “PAWA” Arterial Pulse Wave Analysis software, although we didn’t have it up and running completely yet. We finished meeting around 6 pm and the recognition dinner started at 7pm.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and effort that Karino & Sato’s team put into making it a very special night. Ron & Karino both gave inspirational speeches and spoke about burning boats (i.e. eliminating a back door) and I got the feeling everyone listening was moved to committing themselves to success with Forever Green.  It was a great evening!

After years & years of training Kazuta passed his Black Belt test in true traditional Okiinawan Karate style. Nice work Kazu! It was awesome.

We also spent some getting familiar with the Pulse Wave Analysis hardware & software.

On Monday we started testing each other and everyone at Kazuta’s house with the Pulse Wave system. I think it’s safe to say everyone is drinking pulse morning and night now. 🙂

We spent time on the phones with local leaders and scheduling meetings for the rest of the week. We also had the privilege of being special guests at Misao’s English school. I can now dance and sing to Head, Shoulder’s, Back & Belly…

First thing in the morning we sat down, translated, and designed a worksheet for the “PAWA” test. Then we scooted into Tokyo to meet with 3 new recruits with Sato. We introduced them to pulse and did the “PAWA” test on everyone. Most everyone started with FG on O3 so it’s almost as if we’re getting a fresh start with Pulse and the ABC’s of Azul.

We stopped by the FG Japan office and Karino quickly mastered the PAWA testing and was able to see improvement in his results since convention.

Redesigned the PAWA form in the morning.

We had lunch with a business associate who has extensive experience in product registration and introduced Kazuta just in case he needs a hand at any point in the registration process. We then checked into our hotel in Ginza and dashed off to catch the train for a meeting in Ibaraki with Yunoki’s group. It was a business training meeting and I thought it went very well. Yunoki has a group of really good people and they just needed a path to follow and a call to action. Karino & I both spoke and I think the training was well received. We trained Yunoki on the PAWA software and everyone waited anxiously in line to get tested. I think we’ll start to see an increase in Pulse-8 autoships and some steady retention as we get more and more members tested!
